Director Leadership Certification Program (DLCP)

DLCP 17/2024 (English Program) : 26 - 27 September 2024

An extension program from the DCP that highlights the need for the Board of Directors to be more proactive. Under the current situation, the directors not only need to understand the science of performing their duties, but also the art of developing working relationships among the directors and with the management that help drive the company to grow sustainably and survive through unforeseen uncertainties.

Mode of Study

• Interactive facilitated sessions conducted in Thai (DLCP 14) English (DLCP 17)
• Limited to 30 participants per class

What to Expect

• Business sustainability issues and the role of the Board in driving business sustainability
• The need to revisit business central idea and the leading role of the board in defining business purpose
• The importance of boardroom culture and how to shape the culture that fits business purpose
• Practical guidance on how board and management work together for business sustainability
