ประเด็นค่าตอบแทนกรรมการไทยจาก CGR 2016
ค่าตอบแทนกรรมการ IOD ถือว่าเป็นประเด็นหนึ่งที่อยู่ภายใต้บทบาทหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของคณะกรรมการ ซึ่งควรกระทำผ่านคณะกรรมการกำหนดค่าตอบแทน โดยจากผลสำรวจการกำกับดูแลกิจการบริษัทจดทะเบียน (Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies : CGR) ประจำปี 2559 พบว่า ร้อยละ 68 ของบริษัทจดทะเบียนที่ทำการสำรวจ จำนวน 601 บริษัท มีการจัดตั้งคณะกรรมการกำหนดค่าตอบแทน ซึ่งควรให้การสนับสนุนเรื่องนี้เพิ่มมากขึ้น (อ่านต่อ)
