If you are a board member of a public or privately-owned company, we would like to invite you to participate in this survey for us to better understand what affects ASEAN boards and directors, in particular, how the role of the board has changed over the past 12 months and what the important focus areas of boards are for 2022 apart from business performance and outlook.

This inaugural survey is undertaken by the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM) in collaboration with the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD), Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), Institute of Directors Thailand (Thai IOD), Indonesian Institute of Corporate Directors (IICD) and Institute of Corporate Directors, Philippines (ICD Ph) and potentially Myanmar Institute of Directors (MIoD) too under the ASEAN IOD Network initiative.

From the insights to be gained, we hope to support boards and directors in the region to stay ahead of trends and challenges. Please be assured that your confidentiality will be protected and that we will only analyse the data at an aggregate level.
