Thailand Institute of Directors (IOD) held its annual general meeting at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel on 16th May. IOD Chairman Mr. Kirk-Krai Jirapaet presided over the meeting. Seven directors from the Board reported the performance of the association in the past year and answered questions to members attending the meeting.

After the annual general meeting, IOD was honored to host M.R. Pridiyathorn Devakula, who delivered a special speech in on the topic “Thai Private Sector’s Challenges under the Current Political Situation” to share experiences and approaches to adapt business operations.
