Mr. Jeremy Perpscius, Vice President, Asia-Pacific/Hong, BSR  gave an informative lecture on the  topic  “Sustainability: Strategy, Change and Board Engagement” at the second IOD Director Briefing in 2014 (on April 1, 2014 at Ballroom 1, Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel).  During the lecture, he spoke about sustainability and how it affects international business and the steps being taken by global and Asian corporations to effectively manage issues of sustainability.  He also talked about  the new opportunities that have emerged from the changing business environment and the rationale for engagement.
