A 6-day consecutive program designed to enhance the performance of directors by helping them understand their roles and responsibilities in supervising the company towards achieving good performance and compliance, and act in the best interests of key stakeholders for the sustainable growth of the company.

Mode of Study:

• Interactive facilitated sessions conducted in Thai
•  Limited to 30 participants per class

What to Expect:

• Basic understanding of the director’s roles and directors' legal liabilities with key preventive measures.
• Learn how to assess the company's financial status and ensure proper disclosure of information.
• Understand roles of the Board in strategic and risk oversight.
• Know how to enhance the effectiveness of Board and key guidance for better Board’s decision-making.

Who Should Attend

• Directors of companies planning to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand
• Newly-appointed directors
• Chief Executive Officer or equivalent position
• Senior executives* (Four levels of senior management down from the board level.)

* Maximum 5 attendants per class for Senior Executives

Day 6 : Module IX: Building Board Effectiveness
Day 6 : Module X: Achieving Boardroom Performance

* Criteria for receiving a Certificate of Completion:

1) Attend at least 80% of the training period
2) Pass the Assessment Task.
