Designed for capital market intermediaries certified by The Office of The Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC), this course will equip the participants with the understanding of corporate governance for securities companies and the SEC’s expectation of the sector, enabling them to foster good business practices, investors’ trust, and long-term growth for Thai capital market.
