Nomination and governance committee lies at the heart of corporate’s good governance. This course will point out roles of the committee in escalating corporate governance level of the company. The participants will also be equipped with knowledge and skills for selecting the right directors and CEO, and learn how to spot the differences between a ‘competent’ and a ‘good’ director.
